I’m sure by know you’ve all heard of and seen many of the hilarious videos flying around YouTube called “Sh*t People Say”. Well, I came across some really funny (and totally true) videos of “Sh*t Triathletes Say”. I am almost embarrassed at some of the lines in these videos ;) Check them out below!!

Tri Training Update Week 7

Last week was my first week of Insanity and what a great week it was! Although I had to wake up extra early to get the workouts in, it has been more than worth it. I am already noticing the difference in my body overall, but especially in my core section. My endurance has also improved, allowing me to run longer and more consistently, without stopping to walk. This is probably the biggest plus in my book!

Since I was just getting used to the intense Insanity workouts, plus I was traveling to Miami over the weekend, I did not get many evening workouts in. The following is what was done:

  • Monday: Abs +Yoga
  • Tuesday: 2 mile run
  • Wednesday: 4 mile run
  • Thursday: Insanity
  • Friday: Insanity
  • Saturday: Recovery Day
  • Sunday: Recovery Day
